Lance and Brooke met when they were kids. His mother and her mom went to high school together. They only saw each other as kids on his family's ranch in the summer. A great deal of time went by and they went their separate ways, until recently (year in a half later) they saw each other and the rest was history! Brooke's favorite part of the wedding was having all the months of planning and prepping come together and seeing it all look amazing! It became an opportunity to capture a precious moment in time that will always be remembered. They chose Pastures of Plenty due to Lyle Davis's excellent reputation in cooking good food. The farm became a bonus in being able to have the ceremony and reception there, as well as seeing all his incredible vegetables and flowers he grows. The food presentation was impeccable. Brooke and Lance chose Cake Knife Photography because of Marla's style. “I love the way she captures emotion between scenery and people. Marla can make you look like a movie star or just feel like one. I was very pleased to have her as my photographer!” said Brooke. “Months later I still have friends coming up to me saying, you put on the best wedding, I've ever been to!” (Courtesy of Cake Knife Photography)
