Amanda and Roger's casual, camp-style, vintage-inspired wedding in the Boulder Mountains, couldn't have been more "them." Roger works in Napa Valley for Gallo Wines and is a trueromantic at heart, some might say straight out of the 60s like his dear Airstream trailer! Roger proposed to school teacher and outdoor-enthusiast, Amanda, on a getaway weekend escape to Seattle. Roger rented an Airbnb overlooking the bay and arranged for the owners to have three dozen roses and champagne waiting for his future bride. When asked to describe their relationship, Roger says "Heaven on earth" and Amanda says "I actually found Mr. Wonderful!" When they were planning their wedding, Amanda and Roger knew that they wanted to have a fun relaxed day filled with good friends, great wine, and awesome music. This classy but low-key day did just that! Amanda got ready in their vintage airstream and was quite stunning as she appeared into the amber field where their ceremony was held. The hoedown that followed included lots of dancing to the rockin' string band, hula-hooping fun, and a campfire complete with marshmellows to cap off the evening. An amazing, Roger-selected offering of wine was flowing into custom Sun Valley wine tumbler all night. Amanda and Roger added lots of vintage details to the look of their day but a couple of my favorites were the bride and groom cake topper, the Hitched party flags, and of course Amanda's beautiful dress. It was a "clamping" wedding at it's best! This wedding was completely supported by friends and family, from cooking the food to doing Amanda's hair....what a beautiful, low-cost way to celebrate Amanda and Roger's love for one another.
